Type 316 Stainless Steel Coil, Strip and Sheet

Type 316 Stainless Steel Coil - Strip - Sheet (Annealed) is an austenitic, chromium-nickel-molybdenum stainless steel with corrosion resistance superior to most other chromium-nickel stainless steels in many types of chemical corrodents, as well as marine atmospheres.  It also has higher tensile and creep strengths at elevated temperatures than the conventional 18% Chromium 8% nickel alloys.

  Melting Range:  1850-2050 F / 1008-1120 C

In Annealed: Tensile Strength KSI, Min. 75,000 with Yield Strength of 30,000 and elongation of 40%
